1.1 jillcc ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all players and visitors who use the jillcc online gaming platform at jillcc.app (the "Platform").

5.1 jillcc processes your personal data on the following legal bases under the Data Privacy Act of 2012:

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to perform our contract with you (i.e., operating your player account, processing transactions);
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with PAGCOR regulations, Philippine AML laws, tax obligations, and other applicable legal requirements;

8.3 After the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with jillcc's data retention schedule.

11.1 jillcc is strictly for persons aged 21 years and above. jillcc does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.
