By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the jillcc platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. 1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jillcc online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through jillcc.app and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use jillcc. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. jillcc is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using jillcc is lawful in your jurisdiction. jillcc makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use outside the Philippines.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally prohibited from gambling under Philippine law or any applicable law are not permitted to use jillcc.
2.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use jillcc: (a) employees, contractors, and agents of jillcc and its affiliates; (b) immediate family members of such persons; (c) persons who have been self-excluded from jillcc or any other PAGCOR-regulated platform; (d) persons who have been barred from gaming by any competent regulatory authority.
Strictly Prohibited: Any attempt by a person under 21 years of age to register or use jillcc is a violation of these Terms and Philippine law. jillcc will immediately terminate any account found to belong to an underage player and will forfeit any balance in that account.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on jillcc. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. jillcc is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address, and other documents as requested. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jillcc will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.5 Account Ownership. jillcc accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any other person.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jillcc accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jillcc's discretion.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
4.4 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. jillcc reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on jillcc are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jillcc is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. jillcc complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR AML requirements. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities. jillcc reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation of suspected money laundering or fraud.
5.1 jillcc may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. jillcc reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using prohibited betting patterns, or colluding with other players.
5.4 Expiry. Bonuses and free spins are subject to validity periods. Any unused bonus balance or free spins that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited without compensation.
6.1 All games available on jillcc are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, jillcc reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes to players. jillcc's decision in such matters is final.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without jillcc's prior written consent.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jillcc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
10.2 jillcc does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond jillcc's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.
10.3 jillcc's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 jillcc collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. By using jillcc, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.1 jillcc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jillcc reasonably believes that: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; (c) the player's account poses a regulatory or compliance risk to jillcc; or (d) jillcc is required to do so by a competent authority.
12.2 Upon termination of an account for cause, jillcc reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold funds pending investigation. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the player following completion of any required investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.
12.3 Players may close their accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting jillcc support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
13.1 jillcc reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Where changes are material, jillcc will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or Platform notification.
13.2 Your continued use of jillcc following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
14.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of jillcc shall first be submitted to jillcc's internal dispute resolution process. Players may contact jillcc support to initiate a formal complaint.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through jillcc's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. Unresolved disputes may ultimately be referred to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
